These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to the sale of products by Whisky MilHòc on its online sales site whiskymilhoc.fr. They are directly accessible on all pages of the website. Product Availability

The products offered on the website are sold subject to availability. In the event of cancellation of the order due to product unavailability, the customer will be refunded within one week. Ordering Process.

1- CART

The customer selects the products they wish to order on the website; their selection appears in their basket, located in the top right corner of the screen. At any time, the customer can modify the contents of their shopping cart (delete products, change quantities) by clicking on the buttons provided for this purpose. Once the selection has been made, the customer confirms their cart by clicking on the "Confirm my cart" button. They accept and expressly waive the benefit of Article 1587 of the French Civil Code.

2- ACCOUNT

After confirming their cart, the user must create an account or log in by entering their email address and password. If you have already ordered and have forgotten your password, please click on "forgotten password" to reset it. If you have never created an account, certain personal information will be requested, such as title, last name, first name, date of birth, chosen password, as well as delivery address and telephone number. All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required to complete the order and must be completed. To complete the "Account" step, click the "Create My Account" button.

3- DELIVERY & PAYMENT

In this final step, the customer will need to provide a mobile phone number, which will be sent to the carrier to ensure delivery. They can also choose to enter a delivery address different from the one provided as the billing address and add delivery instructions. The customer will need to select a credit card payment method. To confirm payment, the customer must complete the fields provided: their credit card number, expiration date, and security code. This information is encrypted and cannot be decoded. After validating the banking information, the order becomes final and cannot be canceled unless the customer exercises their right of withdrawal (which runs until receipt of the order confirmation email, see "Right of Withdrawal"). Prices

For France, prices are expressed in Euros (€) and displayed inclusive of all taxes included (French VAT and all other applicable taxes).

Payment Method and Terms

Whisky MilHòc offers several payment methods on its website: Credit card: Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard. If desired, the customer can contact Whisky MilHòc by telephone, which will process the order on their behalf. To do so, the customer simply needs to provide the requested information over the phone regarding their customer account, delivery, and payment. All orders will be canceled if payment has not been received within 10 business days.

Shipping Fees

- For all orders in mainland France (excluding Corsica) and Monaco: The price list is provided for information purposes only and is effective as of April 2025. Prices are subject to change and will be finalized at the time of delivery. Delivery is €12 for purchases up to €115. Free shipping for purchases over €115.

- Shipping is free from the first euro for all orders collected from Domaine de Laubade, 32110 Sorbets.

Delivery Time

Products will only be shipped after full payment of the invoice balance. All products purchased by the customer must be received in our cellars before shipment can be initiated.

Home deliver

Upon receipt of their order, the customer is required to check the condition of the packaging and the contents of the delivered packages. In the event of non-compliance or damage, they must refuse the package and note their reservations on the carrier's delivery slip, specifying the nature of the defects. - In addition, within 48 hours of receiving the package, they must inform Whisky MilHòc customer service by email. Without reservations on the customer's part, Whisky MilHòc will refuse any claim for compensation. Right of Withdrawal

The withdrawal period begins upon receipt of the order confirmation email. During this period, the customer may request the cancellation or modification of their order. After this period, the order will be considered final. Retention of Title Clause

Whisky MilHòc retains ownership of the goods sold until full payment of the price, including principal and incidentals.

Force majeure

Whisky MilHòc shall not be held liable if the non-performance or delay in the performance of any of its obligations described in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale results from a case of force majeure. In this respect, force majeure is defined as any external, unforeseeable, and irresistible event within the meaning of Article 1148 of the French Civil Code.
